Melba & Murphy

Melba and Murphy are like an old married couple. They came in to Ahimsa Haven together, and it was apparent that they were VERY bonded. Melba is sweet and loves everyone. Murphy is a cantankerous old geezer who is very protective of his woman! Adoption-wise, these two had so much going against them; their age, as well as the ravages of dental disease (which was addressed, but not before Melba's jaw had eroded), that they needed to be adopted together. Did we mention their age? Everyone at Ahimsa Haven wished and wished all year long that they'd find a forever home. Shortly before Christmas, our wishes (as well as Melba and Murphy's wishes) came true! M&M now share a loving forever home with another Ahimsa Alum, Willie the dachshund!

Ginger & Muffin

Ginger is completely blind. She relies on her friend, Muffin (who is only blind in one eye), to guide the way. A sweet pair of senior ladies, it was no surprise that they found their forever home in record time!
