Cat Application
Before filling out this lengthy application:
Please note that potential adopters who do not own their own home will have to provide landlord information and the landlord must be OK with a cat living on their property. You should know this before filling out the application. This also applies to potential adopters living with their parents, children, or friends/roommates who own the home, whether or not the potential adopter pays rent.
For potential adopters who have NOT owned pets before you will have to provide two personal references and you will have to provide information on the veterinarian that you will be using. Make sure that your potential vet is actually taking on new clients.
