Do you love animals? Then this is a job for you. We are ALL volunteers, including Board Members, and it is something we do because we believe in Ahimsa's cause, to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome companion animals. It takes a lot of people to keep all of the balls in the air, and we hope that if you fill out the volunteer form that you have taken the time to realize this work (unpaid work) takes commitment.

We are looking for local volunteers who are self-motivated. We don't expect that everyone who volunteers with us will do this for years (we can hope) but we do expect that you'll stick with it for at least a few months and that you won't just stop without notice! The animals depend on us for regular feeding, watering, and interaction.
